Listed buildings & apartments
Instead of rejecting heat through an outdoor unit, a water-cooled system uses the building's water circuit to carry the heat away. Everything stays inside, so nothing appears on the façade, the roof or the balcony — ideal where outdoor units are not allowed.
A monobloc unit holds the whole system in a single indoor cabinet. It only needs two small, neat openings through an outside wall for air in and out — no outdoor unit, and a far lighter installation.
Standard systems
The most popular and efficient choice: a slim indoor unit on the wall, connected to an outdoor unit. Quick to install, easy to maintain and available in elegant designer finishes.
The unit is hidden in the ceiling or a cupboard, and only the air vents show in the room. Vents can be standard or bespoke — slim linear slots, colour-matched grilles or designs made to suit your interior.
Data centres & server rooms
Servers run day and night and give off a lot of heat, so a server room needs cooling that never stops and never fails. We size, install and maintain precision air-conditioning for server rooms, technical rooms and small data centres, with back-up units and monitoring so the temperature stays steady even if one unit stops.
