Prices
All prices are shown excluding tax (HT). TVA is added at 10% for private clients and 20% for business clients.
One-off visits
From €200 HT depending on area and season. Includes travel and the first hour on site. Materials and parts are not included and will be quoted separately.
Quotations
Quotations are free and without obligation — for a one-off visit, an installation or a care plan. You are never charged for a quote.
Care plans
Plans run for 12 months from activation and renew annually. Prices are based on 1 indoor and 1 outdoor unit; each additional indoor unit is +€120 HT and each additional outdoor unit +€70 HT per year. Unused visits do not carry over.
Payments & renewal
You can pay the annual plan in full or in 12 equal monthly instalments at no extra cost. Monthly payments spread the same annual total over 12 months: they do not shorten the contract, and if you cancel before the end of the 12 months the full annual amount remains due. Your plan renews at the end of each 12-month period; to cancel the renewal, let the RiviAir team know before the end of your current contract.
Booking
Your request is confirmed by the RiviAir team by phone or email. No payment is taken when you book.
Cancellation
Please cancel or reschedule from your client space as early as possible.
